Creating RMAs (Return Material Authorizations), to allow your customer's to send products in for service, allows your receiving department to route incoming shipments appropriately and promptly. RMAs can contain multiple products for each authorization, and can use any of your custom price lists.

RMAs can be tracked through the entire service-cycle through the use of receipts, dispatches, invoices, and the powerful service report generation funcionality.

Using the DataBuilder, you can create custom approval and service work flows, and also a vast array of different service income report and custom reports such as the number of warranty returns in a date-range.
