Refund Policy
The first 30 days of any Systemize! account is always free of charge. To continue use beyond the 30 day free trial period, a credit card must be authorized for the account.
Your credit card will only be charged at the end of each paid month - so the first charge will be 30 days + 1 month from the sign-up date, and each subsequent charge will be made monthly.
You will only be charged for time your account is active. You can cancel at any time, and will be charged for useage (rounded up to the nearest minute).
Systemize! commits to provide 99.5% uptime with respect to the customer’s service during each full month an account is open, in accordance with the Service Level Commitment in the Terms of Service. Refunds for unscheduled downtime, as described in the Service Level Commitment, will be issued automatically, based on Systemize! system logs, in the form of a service credit. No other types of refund will be honored.
