Working with Multiple Sites

Does your business operate from multiple locations?

Systemize! provides complete support for managing multiple different sites, even in different countries with multi-currency support. There's no additional cost for extra sites, and you can have as many different sites as you require.

If you company maintains more than one office location, then you will probably want to separate out certain data.

Certain data is maintained on a site-specific basis, and some is kept universal - removing the need to replicate data between sites.

Universal data:

• Part Numbers and Part Revisions (except for costing information)
• Contacts (customers and suppliers)
• Administrative selections (e.g. Freight Terms, Shipping Methods, Account Codes etc.) - see the Administration module.
• Communications (e.g. Phone Calls, E-Mails, etc.)
• Project and Tasks
• Sales Management records (e.g. Visit Reports, Budgets, Forecasts, etc.)
• Service Repair Codes
• Finance module records, other than price lists.
• Engineering Bills of Materials

Site specific data:

• Anything with an automatically assigned document number (e.g. orders, dispatches, invoices, stock transactions)
• Cost information against part revisions (which allows a different cost to be set, since these may vary from site to site)
• Currency information (a different base currency can be set for each site, with a list of other currencies and exchange rates set)
• Price Lists (these are raised in the base currency of each site)
• Production Plans
