Purchase Orders & Rejects

Control your purchasing and rejection of stock items. Purchase orders are created and, using the Databuilder® for custom reporting, you can set up your own custom approval process. When a purchase order (either complete or partial) is received in, the items are (optionally) automatically added to stock.
When stock items need to be rejected to your supplier, they can be dispatched on a reject note. This automatically removes the item(s) from stock, and will add them back into stock when the returned items come back to your office.

- Issue - manually remove items from stock.
- Return - manually return items to stock.
- Transfer - move items between stores.
- Adjust - to manually change the revision level of items in stock, without issuing a work order.
- Rejects - reject dispatches and receipts can be created from this module.
- Purchase Orders and Receipts- order items (optionally for stock), and receive them.
Stock is also affected by functions in other modules:
- Sales Order Dispatches
- Demo Order Dispatches

Use this view to see everything in inventory. Using other reports you can see what items should be coming in on upcoming purchase or work orders. Using the Databuilder® you can retrieve a huge wealth of information about your stock levels and usage.
View All Stock Transactions
Every stock transaction, no matter how it originated in the system, can be accessed from the same view. This allows for an immediate view of what has happened in stock, allowing stock managers to search for a problem transaction or trace the path of a part or serial number.
