Customer, Supplier, and Serial Number History with Systemize!
With the History module, you can:
- See all interactions with any contact, all in one place - including phone calls, e-mails, orders, shipments, and invoices
- See all transactions for only one contact, or for all contacts with a particular account or company
- View complete history of all serial numbers, allowing tracking of a serial number from production to sales
- Quickly pull up all recent information for a customer when taking a phone call, to find the status of the current question
Contact History
With the click of a button, the current contact's complete history can be displayed on a user's screen.
All interactions with any customer or supplier can be instantly viewed in one place. Double-clicking on any item in the list displays the details of that interaction - from an e-mail or phone call, to an invoice or purchase order, to a work order or reject, or any other type of record.
This is especially useful when a customer calls in to follow up on an inquiry. The operator can simply open the contact's history, and browse the most recent interactions to find out all status information available.
Account History

Accounts are custom groupings of contacts, usually used to group contacts within the same company together. History can be viewed for an entire account (company) as well as for a specific contact.
Serial Number History
A complete history of all transactions for all serial numbers can be viewed in one place. Users can quickly filter the data for particular serial numbers or transaction types.
This is a useful audit trail to track all movements of a particular item. Movement through stock, as well as sales and service movements are all recorded and listed in the same place, making the serial number history form exceptionally powerful.
