You can read and compose e-mails directly from Systemize!
Systemize! integrates seamlessly with almost any e-mail provider which offers IMAP and SMTP support, which includes most modern e-mail providers, such as Google's G-Mail, Fuse Mail, and Microsoft Exchange servers. You can view your entire e-mail folder structure, and all messages within them. You can read any message, and send new ones directly from Systemize!, and never have to open up another e-mail client. You can also search for messages within your mail folders.
Any e-mail can be saved to Systemize! with the click on a button. Using the Auto Associate feature, contacts are automatically associated with the e-mail based on the e-mail addresses, making it easy to add e-mails to a contact's history.
When you share an e-mail, it is automatically copied from your mail provider's server Systemize! database, including any attachments and formatting.
E-Mails can also be sent directly from within Systemize!. You can use your list of contacts to choose who to send the message to, and even use the DataBuilder to create custom mailing lists (for example, owners of a particular product in a specific geographic region).

Systemize! also features forms to record non-email types of communications. Information is entered, and contacts are associated in the same manner as e-mails. These types of communications also become part of the history of associated contacts, which allows users to get an instant snap-shot of your relationship with the contact.
As with all forms in Systemize!, any number of files can be attached, for example - a faxed in letter or Microsoft Word document.
