Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your Systemize! account:

Contact customer service by calling 1-800-446-0236. Only an account administrator can cancel an account. You will need to provide your e-mail address, database password, and database name.

Cancellations will take affect immediately, and you will only be billed for the time you have used in the current month's subscription.

All data will be kept for a minimum of 30 days from the time of cancellation, and should you decide to re-subscribe within this time, your data will be restored along with the use of your account. To restore a cancelled account, call customer service at 1-800-446-0236.
