An unlimited number of files can be attached to any record throughout Systemize!

When files are first attached, they are uploaded from the user's local computer or network to our secure web server, allowing access from anywhere in the world for authorized users.

There is no loss of quality to any image, and no size limits on files. Your subscription to Systemize! includes unlimited attachment storage.

Attachments can be useful for any record type. For example, sales administrators can attach a copy of a customer's purchase order to an acknowledgement, or a copy of a supplier/vendor quote may be attached to a purchase order. Copies of part specifications or drawings could be attached to each part, making retrieval of this information fast and easy.

"On the Fly" Editing

Attachments can be opened directly from the web server, or saved to your local computer. - Click screenshot to enlarge

Files can be edited without having to save them to your local computer. If you have an attached file that you wish to update, you can simply open it directly from the web server, and then make your edits in the relevant application (for example Microsoft Word, or Excel). After you have made the required changes to the document, and saved it - now when you save the record in Systemize! to which the file is attached, the file will automatically be recognized as having changed, and will allow you to upload the changes back to the server. The attached file will get incrementally version numbered, so you can keep track of the number of changes performed to any particular attachment.
