Work Orders
Work orders follow a 3-step process:
- Raise Work Order - decide on the assembly to be built, and how many are required.
- Work Order Issue - when the assembly build is ready to start, this issues off the component parts from stock.
- Work Order Receipt - once the assembly build is complete, the assembled parts are put into stock.

There can be as many issues against orders, and receipts against issues as required, allowing work orders to be partially completed. Outstanding quantities are automatically tracked, and powerful WIP (Work In Progress) reports can be generated for insight into items on your production line.
Fast Stock Check
If you've ever needed to know your current ability to build a certain assembly, then the Fast Stock Check function will be irreplaceable.

Quickly check the quantity of any assembly that can be built right now based on your current stock on hand. It will even tell you how many of each child part you are short of in order to build your desired quantity.
Never again will you put your production line in a position of working a part that cannot be currently completed.
Roll-Up Costing
Cost changes are a part of every company's management issues. Using the Roll Up Costing function, it becomes much less of a headache.

By compiling all of any flagged assembly's component parts, and working out cost differences between what was and what should be, this feature saves hours of time every month.
Any suggested cost changes are presented to you, with the option of applying the changes individually or universally across all listed parts.
Below Minimum Stock Report
This built-in report provides a list of all parts that are below set minimum stock quantities. It gives information about how many are on stock, how many are awaiting receipt on outstanding work orders, rejects, and purchase orders, and costing information.

The report is intuitively grouped into three sections:
- Parts To Order - gives all parts which are definetely below stock, and must be ordered.
- Parts On Order - shows parts that are below minimum stock, but that have outstanding orders already raised to bring the stock level up.
- Parts On Stock At Lower Revisions - these parts are below minimum set for a particular revision, but other revisions are on stock, so a decision must be made to determine if the lower revision parts can be upgraded to the correct revision.
