Set an unlimited number of currencies, along with exchange rates for each one. Purchase Orders, Order Acknowledgements, and Invoices can be raised in any currency defined in the Accounting module.

When currency exchange rates are re-valued, old orders and invoices retain their original exchange rate to your base currency, so that past order and invoice totals are not affected.

A/P (Accounts Payable) and A/R (Accounts Receivable)

Systemize! help your company keep track of exactly to whom you owe money, and who owes money to you.

The A/P and A/R functions allow your accounts department to view a list of creditors and debtors, along with a break-down of the amount owed in different lateness groups (for example, "Current", "Over 30 Days Late", "Over 45 Days Late", etc.). A double click on one of the accounts will show a break-down of exactly which outstanding invoices make up the figures.

A/P and A/R reports can also be run for indivudual contact accounts (or groups of accounts).

Payments sent and received are also recorded in the A/R and A/P function sets.

Standard Accounts Reports

General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, and Trial Balance reports are available for selectable date-ranges.

These standard reports are presented in the familiar fashion, allowing up-to-the-second tracking of expenditure, and double-checking of accounting transactions.

Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss (Income Statement) reports are available in both Summary View and a detailed breakdown style.

Audit Trail

A fully-customizable list can be viewed of all accounting transactions, with individual sequence numbers and date stamps. This allows you to follow through transactions by either an entire list, or by a filtered sub-set.

Chart of Accounts

Your company's Chart of Accounts can be set up with as many summary accounts as required, allowing for a clearly defined CoA structure. The Chart of Accounts can be viewed as a report displaying hireachy information.

Price Lists

The Accounts module is used to set up the price lists for use in the Order Processing, Sales Management, and Service modules.

An unlimited number of price lists can be set up, each with its own available parts and individual part pricing. This allows set up of different pricing structures for different customer types, or for different geographic regions.

Journal Entries

For miscellaneous accounting transactions, journal entries can be created. The journal entry form ensures credit to debit balance, and allows accounting transfer between any accounts in your CoA.

Year End

Administraton financial personnel can close down financial years by performing a Year End function. This closes off non-authorized changes to transactions occuring prior to the year-end, and creates an automatic journal entry to transfer residual income into a retained earnings account.
